Shipping policy

All the orders placed by 3.00 PM, Monday through Saturday, will be processed the same day. Orders received after that time or on Sunday or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Swashaa ships products to most major cities in USA through reputed couriers. We also ship to many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns. Considering the valuable merchandise, we may not be able to deliver to some remote locations.We are continuously trying to expand our presence and shorten our delivery lead times. We will keep the customers informed of our developments.

We provide free shipping on all USA orders

Products are shipped from our nearest warehouse location in 24 business hours after placing the order, depending on product availability. It may take another 7-12 business days for it to be delivered to the customers excluding the date of dispatch. Thus the total time for an order to reach the customer is 12-15 business days within USA excluding the day when the order was placed.

Items on which couriers place restrictions may take additional time to deliver or may have to be cancelled, as we are shipping from India to USA.

• Once your order has been processed and shipped from our hub, it cannot be canceled. We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
• For your convenience, our orders may be delivered directly to your mailbox. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend promptly retrieving your package once it has been marked as delivered. While we take great care in shipping your order securely, kindly note that we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery.
