Return Policy
Swashaa provides store credit issuance only. We do not facilitate payment reimbursements. Returns will be accepted up to 7 days following the delivery of your order. To qualify for a return, your item must be in an identical state to when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging complete with the label and tag.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO SIGNIFICANT REQUIREMENTS :-
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery of your order.
- Items must be unused with all tags still attached. The packaging should include the original invoice, packaging materials, and tags.
- Gift wrapping services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and we do not accept returns on sale items.
- In case you receive an incorrect product or an empty box, we require an unboxing video as proof. Please start recording before opening the sealed, tamper-proof bag and continue until the package is fully unwrapped. This will help us verify the issue and provide a swift resolution.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING ORDER :-
- Please contact us at support@swashaa.com with your order details, the reason for the return, and photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
- Our team will review your request and send you the necessary instructions for returning the item.
- Securely pack the product and return it to the address provided by our team. For your convenience, please use a reliable courier service with tracking.
- In case of a return, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
- Once we receive your parcel and complete the quality check, we will send your store credit to your registered email address within 24 to 48 business hours.
ABOUT STORE CREDIT :-
- Store credit validity is for 30 days.
- Store credit is send to the same email id which was placed initially in order.
